Tibea Gundogs are recognized for breeding from the very top lines and pedigrees in their breeding program. Their ‘Boys’ who are involved are also now available at stud to females that have the qualities to further enhance the Tibea lines.

Females should have full health checks, and mating can be either natural at Tibea Gun Dogs or through artificial insemination.

We work very closely with Ropehall Kennels in England, one of the best known kennels for excellent working gundogs and breeding.

FTCh Birdsgreen Cluedo of Wedgnock (Cluanie)

A natural hunting dog of huge potential.

Cluanie was born on 28th April 2013 and is a superb looking dog, very strong and athletic.

He won his First Field Trial aged 17 months, and was awarded 2nd place in his second trial SWGRC Open. He went on to win two Open Trials in 2016, making him up to a Field Trial Champion, and in 2017 he won another 2 Day Open Field Trial qualifying him for the Retriever Championship for the second time.

Cluanie had a fantastic first two days at the 2017 Retriever Championship; he made a quick and tidy job of picking two pheasants on Day 1, then on Day 2 he eye-wiped 3 dogs on a snipe, very smartly picked a duck at the other end of the line, and then had another truly memorable 3 dog eye-wipe on a partridge. Sadly he went out on the first retrieve on the third day on a strong partridge runner that landed in masses of live game. No-one else picked the bird, but he was put out on the horrible 1st dog down rule.

Ex FTW Birdsgreen Griffon (who is by FTCh Mansengreen Diesel of Birdsgreen), and by FTW Garrethall Quip (by FTCh Waterford Fergus), it is a well planned pedigree with 27 Field Trial Champions behind it.

He is a very soft, friendly dog and easy to train as can be seen from his early wins in competition!

Hips 3/3, Elbows 0, PRA, CNM, SD2, EIC tested and clear eyes. You can read Cluanie’s health information on the Kennel Club health test results finder, and his pedigree is below.
